Thank you for reaching out about how to sign in to your email. For Xfinity email, you can quickly and easily sign in and access your Xfinity Email using the Xfinity app or connect.xfinity.com.

Sign in to your Xfinity Email using the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app.
2. Approve the sign-in attempt via push notification, facial recognition, one-touch fingerprint ID, or a traditional verification code.
   
   • Don't have two-step verification set up? Check out two-step verification for signing in and Xfinity app setup.
3. Select Check email.

Sign in to your Xfinity Email on connect.xfinity.com

1. Visit connect.xfinity.com.
2. Enter your Xfinity ID and click Let's go.
3. Enter your password and click Sign In.
4. Approve the sign-in attempt via push notification, facial recognition, one-touch fingerprint ID, or a traditional verification code.

Where do I go to sign into my email?

If you are a new Comcast customer you won't have a comcast.net email address, only an XfinityID.
