Whenever I log into the website it immediately logs me out
When I log in, on any browser in any device (New Mac Mini, Iphone, Ipad), it lets me log in and I am immediately logged out. This leaves me unable to work with my account to change billing and I cannot add my wife to the account. If I had any other options for cable and Internet service I would take it. This has been going on for months. I have spent the last hour on this issue and need help! Any ideas?????? (I mean ideas that will work!)

Howdy user_zazabx, on the iPhone or iPad you would want to use the Xfinity app for access. As for the Mac Mini, are you using Safari or a third party web browser?
