Whenever I log into the website it immediately logs me out

When I log in, on any browser in any device (New Mac Mini, Iphone, Ipad), it lets me log in and I am immediately logged out.  This leaves me unable to work with my account to change billing and I cannot add my wife to the account.  If I had any other options for cable and  Internet service I would take it.  This has been going on for months.  I have spent the last hour on this issue and need help!  Any ideas?????? (I mean ideas that will work!)

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Howdy user_zazabx, on the iPhone or iPad you would want to use the Xfinity app for access. As for the Mac Mini, are you using Safari or a third party web browser? Appreciate you taking the time to reach out. There might be a bit of time between our replies, apologies for the delay, rest assured we are here with you and working hard to reply as quickly as possible.

Thank you. The issue is that the app tells me (after signing in) that I must be signed in at xfinity.com.  Problem is that every time I sign in there I get kicked out in about 3 seconds.

This is getting very frustrating.

user_zazabx I would agree that sounds frustrating. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
