Whenever I log into the website it immediately logs me out.

I'm trying to access my account in web or the mobile app and each time I log in the site immediately logs me out and I can't access anything. I'd like to update my plan since my bill just went up $40 last month, but I can't access any features online without signing in.

I've tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, I've changed passwords multiple times, I've cleared browsing data, etc. Calling into the phone support line doesn't help because it tells me we'll talk via text, which redirects me to the chat bot, which I can't use unless I'm signed in.
