Whenever I log into the website it immediately logs me out.

I'm trying to access my account in web or the mobile app and each time I log in the site immediately logs me out and I can't access anything. I'd like to update my plan since my bill just went up $40 last month, but I can't access any features online without signing in.

I've tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, I've changed passwords multiple times, I've cleared browsing data, etc. Calling into the phone support line doesn't help because it tells me we'll talk via text, which redirects me to the chat bot, which I can't use unless I'm signed in.

To get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and service address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

This did not answer the question. We come to the forum for public answers, not to learn how to submit the question in DM where only the submitter gets the answer.

I'm running into this same issue. Been to multiple other posts on this forum, only to find dead ends with users getting answers privately. Mods need to post a public solution if there is one, which I imagine that there is. This is the least competent ISP I've ever seen.

I am also having this issue. I am able to login through the Xfinity account but as soon as I click stream online or go through the stream URL it successfully logs in and then the URL loads itself automatically to the URL with /logout on it's own.

Hello @user_0msvzh, thanks for reaching out for help with your Xfinity Streaming service. To make sure we are on the same page, is it just the streaming portion that you are having trouble accessing, or are there othere parts of your online account that are giving you trouble? 

Also, have you tried things like clearing your cache/cookies, have you tried any other browsers, and by chance have you checked to see if you are also having issues with the Xfinity Stream Mobile App or is this specific to the web portal?

but they want money, hard to pay when ya cant login and they dont send out bills, well guess I will have to move on to some one who will work with me

@user_uabmm9​ ok so this is what was going on with mine, never got the right account #, when I set this up it was through my e-mail, so thought it was set up like that, but its not, I got a call from the FCC the other night to see how thing were going, when I told him I got the internet but could not login, he asked how I was login in, told him how,( was using my e-mail) that I set up with he said I should have got an e-mail with the user name, well never got it or it was lost do to lots of e-mail's when trying to get the service, anyways he gave me the login info and logged right in, now guess I have to pay money.....lol, I hope this help's folk's out, pass it on for even if it don't work for you it might or will work for other's, best of luck, eat a plant live longer .........
