When attempting to log-in, only the link to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are present - no option for username and password

For the last several days, and across multiple browsers, I'm had difficulty reaching a log-in screen.  Even upon searching for it with a search engine, I may get to a log-in screen, but when I enter my info (which I know is correct and I enter directly, not using a password manager), it reloads with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links.  The word "let's go" are also there, but there's no link there.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out over Xfinity Forums, @user_bab275. This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience you have had. First, is the problem only when you attempt to logon to the Xfinity website? For the purpose of troubleshooting, have you tried logging on using a different device? What browser do you use? I am sure working together we will get to the bottom of this.
