What's with Login these days?

It took me getting FOUR different codes to get into my email. Each time I entered my user name and password, it would send me a passcode to enter and then go back to the beginning of the sequence...user name, password, passcode; user name, password, passcode. Four times!

mtrager Thank you for reaching out so we can make sure you're able to easily access your Email. Where are you signing in to access your Email when you get this log in loop? Have you been invited to upgrade your Email to Yahoo?

Yes, I have been invited and have declined. This invitation is the start of the loop.

mtrager I appreciate you clarifying that for me. What is the reason you declined the invitation? You can find Frequently Asked Questions here to help with the upgrade to Yahoo mail.

mtrager That is one of the great questions that you can find here :).

Why was I invited to upgrade my comcast.net email account to Yahoo Mail?
We’ve chosen to partner with Yahoo Mail to provide customers with a comcast.net email the ability to upgrade their email account to Yahoo Mail for a better email experience at no extra cost. If you choose to upgrade to Yahoo Mail, your email address, messages, folders and contacts will stay the same. Yahoo Mail provides a ton of great features, including enhanced security, smart and intuitive calendar features, AI-driven tools to streamline your inbox management, and a mobile app so you can stay connected on the go. The upgrade to Yahoo Mail does not impact any paid services customers may have with Xfinity.
