We’re getting your account set up
When I go to my account page, it says “We are getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.” How long does this process take? I ordered and paid 24 hours ago. I believe this is the reason I’m unable to use a WiFi hotspot.

There's a chance that your order fell through, and someone should be contacting you back to ensure everything in the order is correct. Typically this takes around 2-3 days. If you're still having issues, you can chat or call into Sales and they can help check on this for you.
