"We're getting your account set up." message still 3 days after ordering new internet service
I ordered new internet service on 8/8/20 online. I requested a modem to arrive at the new place on move-in day 8/15/20. I have no confirmation of the order and am still unable to see my account online because of the "were getting your account set up" message. I just wanted to make sure my order has gone through because I need internet to work from home.
I've tried https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Sign-In-and-Account-Management/UPDATE-FIXED-quot-We-re-getting-your-account-set-up-quot/m-p/3274393/highlight/true#M32725 but using both my mobile number and email result in the "this information doesn't match our records" page.
