Website keeps logging me out

I recently purchased the Xfinity Now pack, but despite the transaction being processed by my bank, I haven't received a confirmation email or text message. Additionally, I'm experiencing issues logging in to the Xfinity website. Every time I try to log in, I get logged off immediately. This keeps happening repeatedly.
Can someone please help me figure out why the Comcast/Xfinity website is being so unreliable and erratic? And more importantly, how can I fix this issue???
