website instantly logs me out

I created an account to start a new wifi service. I tried logging into the website to confirm the appointment but now whenever I try to login it instantly logs me out. I have already cleared my cache. I have tried on my phone with the same result.

It seems this is a common problem.

user_l47d6f I would not say this is a common problem but once in a while unexpected things can happen. Have you also tried different browsers, in addition to different devices? Typically, an issue like this isn't related to the website so it's best to try different variables.

This exact questions has been asked many times on this and the reddit forum. It clearly happens frequently. Yes I have tried on different browser, yes I have used incognito.

user_147d6f many factors that can affect an account management issue are going to be consistent. Trying different browsers, devices, checking pop up settings and security settings are always going to be the first things to focus on. We may need to shift to taking a closer look at the Xfinity ID you're logging in with. Is this a new ID or have you used this ID for a previous account? I ask because sometimes specific portions of the website won't work with a disabled ID.

This is a new account. I have never been an xfinity customer before. I just went tothe website and signed up for the service, set the appointment and created the account.

To assure we get you the information you need feel free to send us a direct message so we can look for your new order. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

when I do that it has me enter my email then it sends me a verification code then I get a message that this doesn't match your records. When I go to contact us I am directed to the website where I can sign in for just a second before getting signed off. The chat does not work because it tries to make me sign in when I ask this question. And this failes.

I tried calling but cannot get past the robot.

Is there anyway to see if my appointment is actually scheduled? At this point I just want to delete the account and pick a different provider.
