Website error trying to access Xfinity ID and Security: "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trim')."
I have multiple accounts and service addresses tied to my email address. For my primary account and home service address, I am unable to access the Xfinity ID and security page. Repeatable error across multiple devices (Windows 11 PC, Android tablet, iPad, iPhone) and multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Website displays error "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trim')." Xfinity app on iPhone allows access to Xfinity ID and Security page, but displays "Currently Unavailable" for Chosen name and Comcast email.
For a separate account and different service address tied to the same email, I am able to access the Xfinity ID and Security page in the iPhone app only. However, if I select "Manage your linked accounts" from the app, the popup page displays the same "rendering error" message.
I reviewed posts with same/similar errors in the Forum, but none appeared to address the same problem or offer a solution within my control. I've also been unable to retrieve voice mail messages via the web interface or activate an included Peacock Premium subscription, which I believe are caused by the same problem that results in the "rendering error" on the Xfinity ID and Security page.
