WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK

I'm not the OP, but for me the website is the glitchiest website of any large corporation I work with. I just deleted all of my browsing history and I'm still getting 400 errors on some links, SUPER slow for other URL's, etc. I just updated my account and services at an Xfinity Store about 2 hours ago (because the website was so bad this week to try to do it at home) and now my account shows I have TV and Internet plans and prices that ARE NOT even accurate. But I have an email receipt that looks correct (although those emails are confusing to read, too) so I'm hoping it just takes like overnight to update or something. Because I'll be super tempted to just cancel everything if I have to deal with customer service like I've dealt with over the last week. These forums can be OK, but the chat in My Account and the phone are like...horrendously unhelpful. I mean, the guy at the store signed me up for TV Plus, like my email receipt shows, and My Account says I have TV Core for my TV Plan. And it shows the price of TV Core (which is just local channels) as like $144 per month LOL. Just really odd things like that. You can do so, so, so, so, so much better, Xfinity. And things often go fine, until I want to check something online in My Account. Then I just despise this company even though my TV and Internet are usually OK.
