website doesnt work

The xfinity website doesn't work. I can't view my bill. I can't view my account. It's been like that for weeks.

I have been trying to log in for days and am still unable to do so. My brother is experiencing the same issue. I have seen many posts like that.

Hello @user_bovq78 I’m sorry to hear you guys are having an issue with logging in. Are you getting any error messages or error odes?

Have you tried using both our website and our Xfinty app? 

Try this link for us and let us know if you can log in.

Hi, This is almost becoming comical. The website is the issue its not browsers or cookies or adblockers or modems or P.C. or resetting google or Bing or cables Or evil spirits. it is the website. People should not have to spend 20 Min. on the website in order to change something or pay my bill. Please address this issue.

What browser are you using?  If you're using Chrome have you tried another browser besides Edge?
