Web Site in a loop

Trying to change my TV plan and opening the page https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/addon/channel just goes into a loop   I realize I'm going to have to talk or chat to a agent, but you should fix your website.

Have you noticed this concern loading the webpage with multiple devices?

Just my firefox browser.  It happened a few days ago as well.  I've tried to log back in and now I get the error

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.

I just did and I can log back in.  But that site is still in a loop.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
