We are unable to access the account to pay the bill. account. We need to talk to someone

Maria is the bill payer but I, EDITED: PII , is on the account.  We need to pay our bill.  We want to get Maria on the phone account.  We need to talk to someone yet your service number is in adequate to resolve th3e problem.  Please call or text EDITED: PII we need this resolved. EDITED: PII

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to take a closer look at things and get your access concerns addressed. In the meantime other options are available to make a payment. Here is a link with some of those options listed

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
