Verification email link does not work

I created a new account for a new residence and it will not allow me to verify my email. I received the link in my email that does not work and wants me to sign in to resend. I cannot sign in because I have not been able to verify my email yet. Any help here?

@XfinityRichard​ Yes I received confirmation that installation has been scheduled and have my account number, but do not have a way to access this new account.
