Verification Codes and Xfinity.com website issues

I am not receiving 2FA codes when trying to update my phone number. All other text messages (from other services as well as people) come through just fine.

This prevents me from logging in with 2FA via text and instead have to use "email code instead" every time.

Along with this issue, selecting "don't ask again for this browser" does not work.

I am actively being signed-out and have to re-authenticate constantly using the site to view and pay bills, view account info, etc.

When using the site via Google Chrome, selecting the "account" button at the top-right of the page opens up a drawer that is supposed to include Billing, Account and Identity, Move to New Address, etc. These links show in Mozilla Firefox, but not in Chrome. The only thing that shows in the drawer on Chrome is My name + a "silver" badge.

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
