my email was hacked. I changed my password, and also where they were forwarding my comcast email changed. Comcast kept asking for verification of my cell phone and messaging they sent a code to my cell but they never did.

Hello user_clfpy3. Thank you for sharing your experience regarding your email on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to read that your email was hacked and that you are not receiving the verification code. It's crucial that we keep our accounts secure. I hope that the person or system that hacked the email account did not update the two-step verification methods as well. Are you able to sign in to your email account at xfinity.com? If so, you would want to navigate to your Xfinity ID > Security and select two-step verification. It should show was phone number and email address are set for the verification process. Do you recognize the phone number listed there?
