Vacation mode, service problems

we have been out of Florida for approximately 10 months and will be back this coming week. I was checking on my Xfinity to restart full service and it says I no longer have Xfinity service. I have paid hundreds of dollars over these months and as far as I can see, I’m up-to-date with my payments Please help
