Username issues. Level 1,2,3 support also has been making numerous promises that they cannot keep.
I created a username and comcast tech support deleted and created a new one for testing and now I cannot get my original username back. It says that the username is associated with another account. I've been on the phone for a month with tech support level 1, level 2, and level 3. The levels jut keep going up and no one seems to ever call back as numerous promises are being made. Over and over again. I still have not gotten this issue resolve and am about to cancel my xfinity service. I there any help in here Thanks
