Username issue

I’m trying to login using my old username. I try to change it in my account settings, but says it’s already taken. If I do forgot password on my old ID, says not found. I’m completely stuck.

You can also reset your password with this link Password reset

 

If you need to create a new username this link is also great to have Create username
