User Management
Need to add my wife to the account but when I go to "Users" I do not see an option to add users. I am listed a "manager" not a "primary" for the account even though I'm the only one who has ever been on the account.

Hi Bret,
Your Xfinity ID for your primary is different, you can go online to reset the password for this account if you remember your secret question and answer, if not you'll need to go into a retail store and show them your ID and they can help you.
