Update number and email

I can log into my account, but at the moment I currently don’t have access to the email nor number that’s on the account. I can’t update the number because it’s asking to send a code to either of those two. No one can assist me with this issue because they’ve stated they need a security code from me, instead of verifying my account some other way. This is very frustrating. As I need to get this information updated ASAP.
