Unprompted Cancellation Email

Hello! I got an email today saying Xfinity is processing a cancellation request for my account. I did not want to cancel my account and do not believe I did anything to cancel my account. How can I stop this cancellation from occurring?

Our team will be glad to take a look at this in more detail. To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging. Once there, type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list to send us a message with your full name and address.
