Unlink Peacock Subscription billed through xfinity

I am trying to unlink my subscription to Peacock that is billed through Xfinity and I keep getting an error message that an error occurred. I have also looked through several forums on here and every forum message that I can find seems to be having the same issue. Is there a reason that error keeps popping up when you try to unlink account even after waiting a long period of time between trying to do so?
