Unlink peacock from xfinity
I want to subscribe to Peacock Premium Plus, but I'm unable to do so with my Peacock account linked to Xfinity. Peacock informed me that Xfinity needs to handle it since my account is managed through them. Could you please assist me with this?
i have already tried to follow the directions here (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-manage-subscription) but when I do this it states I have no subscriptions.

Hello, @user_5c00e5. Thanks for reaching out with your concerns about signing back up for Peacock Premium Plus. I am also a Premium Plus member. When I go to access Peacock on my X1 box I am seeing a message that I will need to wait for the end of the billing cycle that I already paid for to end before I can sign up for Premium Plus again. I am still getting no ads during this time. Are you seeing ads when you watch Peacock? If you have an X1 box, do you see that message on the bottom right as Peacock opens?

No message remotely similar to that. I am getting ads.

Thanks for checking on the ads and if the message is popping up. Since that looks different on your end, let me go ahead and take a look at your account from here.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
