Unauthorized cancellation
My Xfinity account has been cancelled for no reason. My internet was down Tuesday and when I went to log in I could not access my account and it said I had no services. I have internet through my HOA. They have the account and pay it with our monthly dues. When I moved in and set it up it was pretty easy. I contacted the HOA company and they assured me that everything on their end was normal and that they did not initiate the cancellation. I have now tried 5 different times to contact Xfinity to get this resolved. 3 chats have been disconnected and I was on hold for over 30 mins and when I called back no one answered. I am beyond angry about this as I rely on my internet to complete work tasks at home. There was no reason for this and I need it resolved ASAP.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
