Unauthorized access

When I try to log into the app for the first time, it tells me unauthorized access

@user_i0aczt Sorry to hear you are not able to log in. Is that all it tells you or does it specify any other information?

That is all it says so I’m not sure what to do.

@user_i0aczt Go ahead and send us a direct message, and we can pull up the account and see what is showing on our end for the logins and users on the account. In the direct message please provide your full name and service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
