Unable to view account

Hello! I recently purchased internet services, and when I log into my account it just says "Thanks for your purchase we're getting your account set up". When I log in I can't see any appointments or account details, and everytime I try to schedule a call or use an Xfinity hotspot I get an error saying "Your credentials could not be verified"
