Unable to verify your identity through my address.

I'm trying to set up internet for my new apartment, but I'm unable to proceed with verifying my identity through my birthday.

When I try to sign in to the app instead, it says my access is not authorized, and Xfinity Assistant keeps asking me to sign in even though I have already done so. It would be great to get help.

@user_g5pou8 You wouldn't be logging into a Xfinity account until you have started your services. To confirm you already have the account set up and have an account number (please do not share this number publicly)?

It seems like I'm stuck in the stage where I have made Xfinity ID and password, but haven't been fully started my service due to the issue I have with verifying my birthday.
