unable to verify mobile phone number
I am trying to update the mobile phone number associated with my xfinity account. To change the number, I am asked to verify the number by having a code sent to my phone and then entering that code to confirm. My phone never receives the text with the code. I have tried many times. It never arrives. I communicated with tech support and they were not able to fix this issue either. I have received texts from xfinity (for other reasons) so I know the cell number is correct and that xfinity has the capability to send me texts. Can anyone please help me with this?

If you're Xfinity ID is the Primary ID, it may be best to try to make the change while logged in on a computer. Only the Primary user can make these changes. We have some steps outlined here for your convenience.
