Unable to utilize almost all of the website DFPLN3001
Good day,
Since the opening of my account, or I should say reopening, the website has never worked properly. I am constantly looped to the same page for almost every function:
https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=DFPLN3001
That error code I suppse is it. I worked with the tweetgang on the issue this weekend and they had never encountered anything like this before. It's been two years and I have made a few attempts to get it taken care of but, this is the time I've been working closely or at least heard.
Please let me know

I didn't notice due to how it's presented. I did not know, I just followed the other threads and it was a mistake. I do know though.

Same here -- ever since taking the Netflix budling offer in late 2018, any attempt to review my services and see what options are available when my "agreement" is up, I get the dreaded DFPLN3001
