Unable to Use Xfinity website and/or app

I am having trouble doing anything on the website or app.

Examples: I log in and I'm logged out. I log in and receive an error message. I try to pay my bill and receive an error message. I try to see what rewards I have and I receive an error message. I try to update my information and I receive an error message. Often when trying to use the app, I am told that I'm not authorized to enter the account. I've had endless trouble for months despite contacting Xfinity and even going into the store. If an employee at the store is able to help me access my account, it only works in store. As soon as I get home, I am suddenly unable to access my account.

I need to be able to access my account regardless of where I am. I should be able to fully utilize an account that I'm paying to use. I've even tried changing my password multiple times with no progress. Is there a way to reboot my account? Any help that can be offered to fix this problem I'd greatly appreciate. Thank you!
