Unable to use website on an iMac or MacBook

Any time I try to use the website, I get all the way through the login process and then get a blank page with the following:

error="unsupported_response_type", error_description="Unsupported response types: [none]"

This has been going on for YEARS through multiple versions of Mac OS and multiple versions of the browsers.  It happens on both Firefox and Safari.  The iPhone app works.  It works on Windows, but I don't have a Windows computer and REFUSE to get one.

Hello, @bartimusmaximus. I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues accessing the website on your iMac and MacBook. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this problem you're experiencing. To Fix this issue follow this guide-

 

1. If you are on safari then Clear the Website data.

2. If you are on Google Chrome try clearing the cache and cookies.

 

If you don't know how to clean these web junk then download CCleaner for mac and you can easily clean browser junk.

 

3. Try restarting the router.

4. If nothing worked then change the DNS to Google's DNS which is 8.8.8.8  and 8.8.4.4 

 

To do so Open System Preferences > Network then select your network.

Click on Advanced then DNS

 

Now add Google DNS and Save.
