Unable to send receive messages and pictures properly

My iPhone 12 is stuck on Waiting for Activation for iMessage. Calls and regular SMS work, but iMessage won't register my phone number, and MMS picture messages are intermittent. Please check my SIM/eSIM provisioning and whether international activation SMS messages are being blocked. I need this escalated to mobile technical support.
