Unable to see info through xFi and My Account apps as well as website

Hi, I have a new account and I've tried to use My Account app, but after I logged in it only says "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details." The same with xFi app - it says "You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service." When I'm signing in my account through the website it still says "Thanks for your purchase! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."

Is there an easy way to fix that?
