Unable to remove user

Have been trying for several days to remove from account a user (which is me listed as a viewer) and a email i no longer use.  I'm logged in as primary user and i keep getting a message that says "You can't make this change right now. We need you to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already. Go to Contact Information."  This has been done already.  i had a 30 minute chat session with Xfinity yesterday and they said they fixed it but they did not.

I'm so glad that we were able to permanently remove that Viewer user role along with its associated email address as you requested.
