Unable to remove this service error
I'm receiving an error when trying to remove TV service from my account. The message says it is part of a package deal, or you may be under a term agreement for a specific period of time. There is no term agreement on my current package and it's not part of a deal unless it is counting a multi product discount. Why am I receiving this error? The AI assistant is not helpful at all in this situation (or really at anything other than linking to the same page that shows this error or other forever looping webpages that never load).
