Unable to remove secondary user

I am trying to remove the secondary account user from my account.  The system keeps telling me I have payment pending when there aren't and won't allow removal. I've tried to disabled automatic payments but those requests did not go through.

Good evening user_44c92n are we logged in as the Priumary Xfinity ID, or as a secondary Manager?
