Unable to remove phone number in "Account and Identity"

1. I have my contact number set to my personal cell number.

2. Your telemarketers are calling my work number. I don't want them to call my work number. It's annoying. Especially when it happens after work hours as I think it's an emergency (I'm in IT.)

3. If I click on "Change account phone number", it asks for a new mobile number. How do I get rid of my work number from this list so you don't annoy me with useless calls.

@gregbuchner Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity Forum team. That is odd that you have your primary number listed but are still receiving calls to your work number. I would like to review your account to see if your work number is attached.

Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address?

To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
