Unable to logon xfinity web portal using Chrome

Using Chrome, I am unable to logon to Xfinity web portal, I want to manage my xfinity account and browse emails using CHROME. I get the login screen, I enter my xfinity ID (or email) and my browser shows me the login screen again, I never get to the Password screen. If I'm using EDGE browser it's working fine. I can logon no problem. Why with Chrome I can't logon? I cleared the cache and cookies, still can't logon.

@reggiefl Hello and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forum. I hope your Monday and week are going great so far, aside from these awful login issues you are experiencing of course. You have definitely reached the right place, and I would be more than happy to help in getting this resolved. Anything we can do to help a valued member of our Xfinity family! To get started, are you still experiencing the same login issue today? Also, is the issue with not being able to login using the Google Chrome web browser occurring on more than one device at the moment, or just on that specific device, only when using Chrome? One way or another, we will definitely get to the bottom of this once and for all! -Christopher

Today I'm unable to log on to Xfinity using Chrome or EDGE. I was able to log on using another computer with Chrome. The problem seems to be with my computer. I'm not running any VPN. I have AVG antivirus. I tried to disable the antivirus, still unable to log on to Xfinity. I tried to clear browser cache, same problem. After I enter my email address then I click "Let's Go" button, the screen refreshes and it shows me the same screen (enter your email). It's like an infinite loop. I never get to see the enter your password screen. I had to logon to my work computer to reply to this message.

I am unable to use Chrome and Microsoft Edge for Xfinity email.  Firefox works.  When I try using Chrome or Edge, I am able to login with my user name and password; when I hit enter, in both browsers, I receive this message: "Your browser didn't send a complete request in time."  Can anything be done about this????

@mnakdib we appreciate you reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums! I can definitely understand the frustration if you haven't been able to log in to your account via Chrome. I'd like to look into this further with you. Please send us a DM to "Xfinity Support" with your full name and address to get started.
