Unable to login in at all

I am unable to log into my Xfinity, full stop.

My initial problem was that my NOW Wifi Pass was telling me I had reached my device limit, when I know that wasn't the case. During a live agent chat, they informed me that through my account I could manage the devices connected to the hotspot with my credentials. They gave me the link to the specific website to use. When I tried to use the link and use my Xfinity login credentials to access my devices, I am unable to log in at all. It sends me on an endless loop of logging in, to it saying there is an error to Try Again, and over and over again.

I even tried simply logging in from the normal Xfinity.com page, and logging into my account there. When I try that, I just get an endless loop of the 3 dots moving in the loading fashion, forever.

During one of my live chats, I was advised to clear my cache and that that would help my problem. Well, it didn't. I've attempted logging in on Google Chrome (my browser of choice), Safari on my laptop, and even Safari on my phone. Same thing happens everywhere. Loading, loading, loading, and NOTHING!!!!

Speaking to live chat agents couldn't help me. Calling the 1-800 tech number didn't help me. I NEED SOME HELP!!

Thank you for reaching out here in our community for assistance with your login, @user_nftgae. This would be very frustrating for me as well. You have the right team for assistance, and we're happy to see what we can do. First, can you tell me if your internet service is NOW Wi-Fi Pass? This will help me determine how to proceed.

@user_nftgae Thank you for pointing that out. You will have to contact our NOW WiFi Pass customer support by using the phone number found in the email they sent you. They will be able to help figure out a solution to this login issue and device limit notification you received.

1) How I do contact NOW WiFi customer support?

2) And will they assist in me in my logging in issue? I feel like that could be solved by any number of support people.

This is as unhelpful as the live chats and phone calls I had for the issue previously, so far.

@user_nftgae Yes, they will be able to further assist you with your login issues. Their phone number is available in the email you received from them when you activated the service.

Good evening user_5m7prv thank you so much for taking the time to relay your experience here via our Xfinity Residential Forums.  When attempting to login, what are the error messages you get that prevent login? Do you have a primary cell number and email set up for our multifactor authentication?
