Unable to Log into Xfinity on Website

Hello, I have been trying to log into Xfinity to purchase an Internet plan for my apartment that I am moving into soon. I was able to purchase the plan and login during the process, but was not provided with an order confirmation page and sent back to this link: xfinity.com/overview. Every time I have tried to access my billing, access my account, or attempt to log in for any reason, I am either told that my account details do not exist, or am sent back to the Xfinity home page, where I am logged in for a second before somehow not being logged in. I have been unable to access the app either, being told that I need to be a customer to access the app. Is there any way my account can have its details reset so I can properly access my account without issue and purchase a plan?
