Unable to log in

I tap my Xfinity app from my Payst9re app, When I tao it, app opens then n I thing but a.blank blue screen. I am simply unable to.access my log in! Also I was informed by Xfinity and unknown user has connected an APPMENDEVUCE- ( PHONE) to my account, It is not authorized by me nor do I own one single Apple device. Please help with the above 2 issues ASAP? Thank You

user_dlahk5, Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see when you use the Xfinity App, from the Play store, that you are having trouble logging in. I understand you want to review your account and remove an unknown device that connected. If you log in to your account directly on our website instead of the app, do you run into the same issues?
