Unable to get Peacock access on other devices with xfinity

Hello, unable to access peacock on my other devices, when I log in with my xfinity log on- on peacock it recognizes the email address but not the password. the xfinity log- says that peacock is activated but it won’t allow access when I’m on my iPad, only thought the tv set cable box. Please advise.

henryandniki Thanks for reaching out to us about the Peacock access issue on your devices. The login email for the Peacock would be the same as the Primary ID login for the account. To confirm, that is the email you are using on your mobile devices? The TV box automatically knows what email to use for the service. Just want to confirm you are using the right email on the mobile devices for login.
