Unable to Change Plan online

I have been with xfinity for two years and i have never been able to change my plan online. When I log in and click "Change plan", i am redirected to multiple pages and eventually land on a page that instructs me to contact comcast:


I have seen this error referenced multiple times in this forum,  but without any specific resolution.  I have contacted support, and have tried numerous troubleshooting failed attempts.  I have tried on many devices and browsers, I have cleared cookies, I have changed my account password, I setup another user with the Manage role, my account has been refreshed by support, etc. Nothing seems to help.


Has anybody been able to get this problem resolved?

Did you ever get this issue resolved. I have had the exact same issue for years with them. It is very frustrating. I also have tried several browsers and devices, cleared all cookies and cache, refreshed the modem, restarting coomputers and phones.


I just want to be able to make changes to my account online. That isn't that much to expect from my internet, cable, voice and security provider.
