Unable to add 13-year user as Manager without a smartphone
"I am a retired police officer and long-time customer. My wife has had an Xfinity profile since 2013. We went to the Snellville store today to upgrade her to a Manager on our residential account. They told us it was impossible without a smartphone and offered to sell us one for $400 to solve the issue. I need a Corporate specialist to help me manually via email or landline."
