Unable to activate Peacock subscription
I have tried everything but xfinity will not allow me to activate my free peacock subscription that came with my new service. It says I’m not eligible for the promotion and “it doesn’t look like you have any subscriptions to activate”. I called customer service and they told me to order a xumo box and I could activate it through there and that didn’t work either. I am very frustrated. Please help!

Hello user_4g7d00 I am sorry to hear about the activation issues with Peacock. For your awareness a lot of accounts on the newer plans are being impacted by a known issue right now with Peacock activation. Our network engineers are working on a solution for it currently. We would be happy to try some possible fixes with you and if those don't work we can get your account added to the list of impacted accounts.
