Unable to access any xfinity account pages

I have created an xfinity account with the intention of getting internet service. However, when I attempt to go to any of the relevant account pages (billing, account and settings, change of address), the page flickers in and out of the black loading screen and a page stating that "Something when wrong". Several previous posts with this problem appear to have to have been resolved by direct staff support in DMs. I have tried clearing cache and the other recommended steps.

@chcpeter Ah, okay. So that would explain the site being off. Let's help with that. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Perfect, thank you so much for that. Our team was able to confirm we should be able to get you connect with your neighbors on either side having connections. With that the address was added into the system for you however since there have not been any services for us set up at this location previously I will let you know a pro install will be needed. If you return to Xfinity.com and do not log in you can now enter your address for plan and promotion options. Could you give that a try for me?

@XfinityAmandaB​ I was now able to complete the transaction, which is a step in the right direction. It seems like the rest of the page errors I was encountering are also resolving. Thank you.
