Unable to Access Account

When I am attempting to sign in on the web, the purple sign in icon will quickly turn white and sign me out. The app states I don't have access to sign in. How can I I fix this?

I am, I am receiving my codes via email and text messages but once I put them in, it glitches once I’m there.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

I have tried both of those suggestions and they haven’t helped.
