Unable to access account

When ever I log into my account online I am prompted with the same, “Thank you for your purchase we are setting up your account”. It has been like this for a few weeks now. I have tried to see if the mobile app would bypass this, but am told I can sign in but am unable to access my account. I would like to be able to access my account and pay my bill.

I also have the exact same issue. I think it's not associating the account with a service address and therefore will not get rid of that message. Hopefully they resolve it soon as my bill will be due.
